i found the staff very helpful and kind. the morning breakfast was very good with a nice view from the top. the breakfast had a nice view.
the room size felt too small. i felt it was not worth paying that much. the receptionist refused to provide 2 keys for the room, a little rigid for my taste.

Mariem, who is at the restaurant, greeted guests with a smile and kindness, she is really warm. The housekeeping staff was efficient in maintaining our room to a good standard. A staff member at reception promptly gave me safety pins, which i needed. She was really helpful.
i noticed the hotel is located on a narrow road at the bottom of a steep hill, which you must walk up to reach the main square for public transport

The staff were helpful and professional, always ready to assist with requests. Assistance with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was available. The reception staff provided clear directions and information about nearby attractions.
