I found the staff greeted me with such warmth and professionalism, especially mariem. they were always available and attentive. Their kindness. the room was super clean. the breakfast was an absolute delight. i loved the hotel.

I encountered issues with the ventilation, it was not very well ventilated. there was suffocation and heat inside the room, i asked to turn on the ac. they said they had turned off central air conditioning. They suggested i open the window.
